Welcome to Speak Up, Speak Now! ® by The Florida Holocaust Museum.
During this program, students will learn about the history of the Holocaust, work with primary sources, and learn from authentic stories and testimonies of those who experienced the Holocaust firsthand.
This subject matter is complex and challenging. Educators need to make sure the content is appropriate for their students. We have included resources throughout this program that will help guide teachers through Holocaust education and will help build students’ reading, writing, and critical thinking skills.
We hope that at the end of this program, students will become “witnesses to a witness,” continue the memory of the Holocaust, and will be inspired to use the lessons for positive change in their everyday lives and in their communities.
To begin SUSN in your classroom, you have two options – you can…
Or you can use any of the resources on their own to supplement your lessons.
Starting January 8th, parking at The Florida Holocaust Museum will be limited due to renovations which will include the construction of a new entrance with enhanced security features.
