Today’s youth are tomorrow’s leaders.

As individuals, they show us time and again they can make a difference in their community, and as a collective group, their impact across the country and beyond is immeasurable.

Armed with knowledge and resources, we know that today’s students can stand up to the drastic increase of antisemitism and Holocaust deniers to identify and reject hate or prejudice. They can demonstrate what it means to be an Upstander and change the world for the better.

Teaching Trunks are provided free of charge to schools across the country. Filled with classroom resources, the dynamic age-appropriate trunks support Holocaust curriculum in the classroom. The Trunks not only help students learn the lessons of the past but provide guidance to educators on how to teach about the Holocaust.

Thanks to the generosity of Amy and Michael Southard and their foundation, Crofton Cares, donations made to the Ignite the Future: Teaching Trunks of Hope project between August 14 and September 13 will be matched up to $30,000.  This means your gift will be doubled, dollar for dollar!

Join Crofton Cares by giving the gift of education. Your gift provides tools the next generation needs to pave the way for a better tomorrow.

Ignite the Future! Give today!

This is a moment in history when we need the lessons that Holocaust Survivors have shared with us – lessons of resilience and hope. Thank you for being a part of our #TrunksofHope campaign.
