Richard Rappaport Family Antisemitism Lecture Series to Address Current Antisemitism Issues
Featuring Tablet Magazine’s Senior Writer, Yair Rosenberg

October 19, 2021 [St. Petersburg, FL] — The Florida Holocaust Museum will host the third event in the Richard Rappaport Family Antisemitism Lecture Series virtually on The FHM’s Facebook Page on Wednesday, October 27, 2021, at 6:30 p.m. This year, the Florida Holocaust Museum’s Richard Rappaport Family Antisemitism Lecture Series features Yair Rosenberg. Rosenberg is a senior writer at Tablet Magazine. He will talk in conversation with Erin Blankenship, Interim Executive Director of The Florida Holocaust Museum, about the rise in antisemitism and its presence online and in social media. They will also discuss other pertinent current events. Viewers will have the opportunity to participate in a question and answer session. Richard Rappaport and his family made a 10-year commitment to underwrite this lecture series for the Museum and the first lecture that took place was on the one-year anniversary of the Tree of Life synagogue shooting that occurred in Pittsburgh on October 27, 2018. This event will take place on the third anniversary of that tragedy. This lecture event is free and open to the public. It will be streamed live on The Florida Holocaust Museum’s Facebook page: www.facebook.com/TheFHM. Thank you to the Rappaport Family Foundation for generously sponsoring this series.
