Into Uncharted Waters: Jews in the Civil Rights Movement – Sarasota

Featuring Leslie Kelen, Executive Director of the Center for Documentary Expression and Art. Kelen, the son of Holocaust Survivors, was born in Budapest, Hungary and immigrated to the United States in 1959 with his parents, grandmother, and younger sister. He is the co-author of several books, including This Light of Ours: Activist Photographers of the Civil Rights Movement (2011).
