Opening Event and Dessert Reception
April 4, 2020 at 7:00 p.m.
This exhibition includes Szyk’s early artwork, created before WWII, including his famous Haggadah, and illustrations and propaganda drawn and painted during WWII that ridiculed the Nazis and other Axis Powers. Also including works that speak out for justice and tolerance in the U.S., as well as praise American ideals of liberty and justice.
