Professor Jason Palmer will present “Moral Implications for Holocaust Reparations – In re Holocaust Victim Assets Litigation and the Claims Resolution Tribunal for Dormant Accounts in Switzerland.” Prof. Palmer was a Claims Judge at the Claims Resolution Tribunal in Zurich and will discuss the historical background to reparations for Holocaust claims against Swiss banks and the resolution of those claims.
Attorneys Josh Magidson and Andrew Sasso will present “Representing the Client in a Reparations Case.”
