The FHM Welcomes Cara Treadway as Chief Operating Officer

St. Petersburg, FL (June 15, 2026) – The Florida Holocaust Museum (The FHM) is proud to announce the appointment of Cara Treadway as its new Chief Operating Officer (COO). A respected operations executive with over 20 years of experience overseeing large-scale attractions while driving operational excellence and financial performance, Treadway brings a proven record of leadership, innovation, and transformational change to The Museum.

Treadway joins The FHM from the Denver Zoo, where she served as COO on a fractional basis and led guest operations and attractions, as well as oversaw all incremental revenue streams for the organization. Prior to that, Treadway served as Vice President of Guest Experience & Operations for the Philadelphia Zoo and spent 18 years in the Tampa Bay region with ZooTampa and SeaWorld Parks & Entertainment.
