Passing the Torch

The FHM Welcomes New Board and Committee Leaders for 2026

Leadership leaves a legacy—and at The FHM, that legacy is one of vision and values.

As we step into a new chapter, we pause to honor the remarkable individuals whose leadership helped shape The Florida Holocaust Museum.

This past June, several dedicated board members concluded their terms, leaving behind a legacy of service, stewardship, and strength.

We extend heartfelt thanks to:

  • Rachael S. Worthington, Esq., Vice Chair, whose thoughtful contributions continue as she transitions to Chair of the Development Committee.

  • Michael Igel, Esq., former Interim CEO, whose transitional leadership was instrumental and who now chairs The Wiesel Archive and Legacy Council.

We also recognize the impactful service of board members Ashton AdlerAlexandra BandJennifer GarbowiczJoni James, and Jonathan Stein. Their time, expertise, and advocacy have helped build a stronger foundation for the future.
