Black History Month – Beaches, Benches, and Boycotts: The Civil Rights Movement in Tampa Bay

In partnership with SPC Library and Learning Resources, The FHM’s Deputy Director, Erin Blankenship, will speak about our award-winning exhibition, Beaches, Benches, and Boycotts: The Civil Rights Movement in Tampa Bay.

This free program, in honor of Black History Month, will take place via Zoom on Wednesday, February 10 at 12:30 p.m. The exhibition illuminates our region’s struggle with racial equality and shine a light on the local leaders who changed our cities.
